Why We Started JP Asset Sourcing
JP Asset Sourcing & Management was born from a shared frustration with the property industry. Having invested in, managed and developed property themselves, Mantas and Tomas saw first-hand how difficult it could be for landlords and investors to find reliable advice, transparent pricing and genuinely proactive support.
Too often, investors were treated as just another number, receiving a reactive service rather than the strategic guidance needed to protect and grow their investments.
Determined to do things differently, they built the business they wished had existed when they started their own property journey. Based in Lincolnshire and deeply rooted in the Boston, Spalding and Peterborough areas, JP Asset was founded on the belief that property investment should be transparent, straightforward and financially rewarding.

Combining a strong commercial mindset with an in-depth knowledge of the Lincolnshire property market, he works closely with landlords and investors to support the long-term growth and performance of their property portfolios.
